Uninstall software components

1. Go to: ->Start ->Control Panel ->Add/Remove Programs
2. EpiHandy – Server
3. EpiHandy – MobileClient Installer Tool
4. EpiHandy – StudyManager
5. Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine (EPIHANDY)
6. Microsoft SQL Server CE 2.0 Server Tools

Uninstall system components

1. Go to: ->Start ->Control Panel ->Add/Remove Programs ->Add/Remove Windows Components
2. Deselect Internet Information Services (IIS) and click Next

Restart your computer

Delete Shared Folders

1. Open command (->Start ->Run ->type cmd and then OK)
2. Type: net share EpiReplData \DELETE
3. hit the Enter key
4. close the window

Delete IIS folders

1. Open Windows Explorer and delete or rename the following folder:C:\Inetpub

Move existing SQL Server files

1. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the following folder:
2. C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\
3. RENAME the folder MSSQL$EPIHANDY to ie OLD$EPIHANDY

Delete service account

1. Go to Computer management
2. Go to: ->Start ->Control Panel ->Administrative Tools ->Computer Managment
3. In the left tree view, navigate to System Tools ->Local Users and Groups ->Users
4. In the list rigth click the user called episervice and delete it

Restart the computer
